Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Fusion Core desktop application for Windows (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to them.
1. The licence we grant you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on computers you own or control, for your own private use. You may not resell, rent out, or redistribute the App, or present it as your own product.
2. Fusion Core Lite and Fusion Core Pro
The App is available in two versions. Fusion Core Lite is free and includes the core music, radio, podcast and photo features. Fusion Core Pro is paid and unlocks the remaining features, such as Movie Center, Karaoke Center, and mobile and TV streaming.
Some features, including mobile and TV access, require a Fusion Core account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.
3. Subscription, billing and cancellation
Plans and price. Fusion Core Pro is offered as a monthly subscription at £3.99, a yearly subscription at £34.99, or a one-off lifetime purchase at £149.99. All prices include any applicable VAT. We will tell you before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel if you do not accept it.
Renewal. The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and each renewal is charged to the payment method on your account. The lifetime purchase is a single payment that does not renew.
Payment. Payment is handled by the payment provider used at checkout. We never receive or store your full card number.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your Fusion Core account, or through the store you purchased from if you subscribed via an app store. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not delete your media or your library — the App returns to Fusion Core Lite.
Your cancellation rights. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a new subscription for a refund. Where you ask to start using Pro features immediately within that period, you acknowledge that you may lose that right once the service has been fully provided, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
Refunds. If you subscribed through an app store, refunds are handled by that store under its own policy. Otherwise, contact us using the details below.
4. You supply your own content
Fusion Core is a player. It contains no media content. You are responsible for the media you add to it and for having the right to hold and play that media. Internet radio and podcast streams are third-party public feeds; we do not operate them, control what they broadcast, or guarantee that any given stream will keep working.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree not to use the App to infringe anyone’s copyright or other rights, not to attempt to circumvent technical protections, and not to use the App unlawfully. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its name, design and code remain our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App to you. Third-party names, logos and metadata shown in the App remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error free, that it will play every file or format, or that third-party services and streams it can connect to will remain available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to account-based services if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect any changes, and continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
