Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Fusion Core account and what happens to your data when you do. One Fusion Core account is used by the Fusion Core desktop app, the Fusion Core Mobile app on Google Play and the Amazon Appstore, and the Fusion Core TV apps, so deleting it removes your account from all of them. Fusion Core is made by Gary Joynson, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Can’t sign in? Email support@fusioncoremobile.com from the address you use for Fusion Core, with the subject Delete my account. We’ll delete it within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account record, including your email address and password
- Your account can no longer be used to sign in on any phone, TV or PC
- The PCs registered to your account for mobile and TV access, and their connection details
- Your Pro status and AI credit balance. If you pay for Pro on our website, we cancel that subscription so you are not charged again. We cannot cancel a subscription bought through Amazon — only you can, in your Amazon account
- Movie guest invites you have sent, and your access to films other people have shared with you
- Your online game records are no longer linked to you
- Problem reports and feedback you have sent us
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment records: the amount and date of any payments you made on our website. UK tax law requires us to keep these, normally for six years. Your card details are held by our payment provider, Stripe, never by us.
- Amazon purchase records: if you bought Pro in the Fire TV app, we keep the purchase receipt ID, the user ID Amazon gave our app for your Amazon account, and the product, plan and dates, for six years after the purchase or subscription ends. This lets a purchase that is still running be restored to a new Fusion Core account, stops one purchase unlocking Pro on more than one account, and forms part of our business and tax records. It is no longer linked to your email address. Your payment details are held by Amazon, never by us.
- Server logs: our servers’ routine logs (IP address and time of each request) are kept for a short period for security and then deleted on a rolling basis. They are not linked to your account.
Data on your own devices
Your music, films, playlists, play history and settings are stored on your own PC and phone, not on our servers. To remove them, uninstall the Fusion Core app from each device. Usage statistics from the desktop app are not linked to your account — switch off sharing in Settings → Privacy and we delete them.
